I'm not sure we've been liberated yet. It's not Shebaa. It's not even Syrian (or should I say Pro-Assad) intelligence. I think our liberation will come when the armies of sectarianism have been defeated. That is my Lebanese dream.

I guess that liberation starts with ourselves. We should stop being slaves to the politicians whoever they are and love Lebanon for Lebanon.Just then we will be liberated.

zee, that day was may 25th 2000, when the israeli troops exited the south.

But the true liberation day is like everyone said, the day we will free ourselves from our petty differences and allegiences, regardless of whether there are foreign soldiers within our borders or not. Freedom is a state of mind we have yet to achieve. Only then will we disembed the prison bars from our fists and our futures.

step by step. although sometimes it seems it's one step forward 10 steps back, i remain positive that we are heading in the right direction.
May 25th,2000 was certainly one of these steps forward.

liberation day, where the valiant (and not-at-all-terrorist) hizbullah "freed" the south from the Israeli armies, under the guiding light of el presidente.

are you serious?!
