Sam, I'm afraid I use your run of the mill digital camera. Nothing fancy about my picture taking apparatus. But since you asked and for what it's worth, I use a Canon Power Shot S1 IS, 3.2 Mpixels, 10x optical zoom (which is the main reason behind my purchase, and why I like this camera so much). Thanks for your kind words. Keep stopping by. Fouad
By the way if that is what you can do with a run of the mill digal I can only imagine what masterpieces you will come up with using a $1,500 set up.
I think the credit should go not the equipment you use but to your artistic eyes (a photographer eye which can spot a composition in a jumbled background).
I look for your lovely photos on your site every day. Just keep them coming.
I take photos of buildings as a record. I go back to these photos again and again to feast my eyes.
I am not thinking of posting now, but one day I might just do so.
In the meantime I feast my eyes on lovely phots in your site and in other sites (whose photos are like what I would take and not as artistic as yours- see http://syrialooks.blogspot.com/ and see flickr photos under link).
Kindly publish some more of your excellent and very atmosheric photos.

Dear Fouad,
Love your pictures of old architecture. They have a soul all of their own.
What camera/lens did you use to get these beauties? Love to know.
